WE'RE LOOKING FOR A SALES DIRECTOR

We are looking for an experienced Sales Director to join our team and help us grow our digital agency. The ideal candidate will have an established network and a proven track record of success in selling a wide range of digital services.

Job Title: Sales Director

Reports to: Founders

Location: Remote

Role: Short-term 3-month contract with potential to extend based on performance

Requirement: 8 days/month  

Salary: £2,200/month outside of IR35

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Director to join our team and help us accelerate the trajectory of the digital agency. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, have a clear growth mindset as well as having a have proven track record of success in selling a wide range of digital services.

You will build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities and be responsible for communicating our services across different channels. You will report to the two founders of the business on a range of KPIs, but primarily measured on bringing qualified retail and DTC leads to our agency.

Ideally, you will have a network of Senior and C-Suite level contacts within a range of industry verticals. You will be comfortable using a consultative approach with these contacts to understand their needs and be able to demonstrate UBQ’s capability to help.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute persona-based sales strategies across target verticals.
  • Build scalable sales cadences and processes.
  • Implement discovery/qualification frameworks (MEDDICC/MEDDPICC).
  • Create qualified new business opportunities.
  • Nurture warm leads.
  • Report to the founders on sales performance and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the digital agency space.
  • Proven track record of success in establishing new relationships.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
  • Ability to work at speed and under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Enthusiastic and passionate – genuinely love digital and enjoy solving problems for clients.
  • Knowledge and experience of sales tools such as:
    • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
    • HubSpot
    • Salesloft

Nice To Have

  • Experience selling SaaS platforms.
  • Partner program experience.
