OUR WORK

THE WARDROBE EDIT ECOMMERCE SITE

CHALLENGE
Daliah and Karen run The Wardrobe Edit (TWE) from home in Hertfordshire. Aimed at 35+ women who are fed up of fast fashion, they offer a personalised boutique service of curated products by appointment only.
Wanting to expand beyond their hyper-local customer base, we were approached to support in developing a digital strategy that could support their unique offering.
SOLUTION
We first established a digital platform to sell TWE’s products. As there was very little in the way of customisation required, we decided that Shopify would provide the most cost effective and quickest route to market.
The TWE team were trained on how to upload product images, descriptions, prices & quantities.
Promotions for products and categories were set up as well as an email newsletter for customer communication
TWE’s marketing is predominantly based on Facebook and Instagram, however to rapidly expand their organic customer base, we are submitting their product feed to selected affiliate networks.
RESULTS
Sales from the website help supplement TWE’s boutique revenue. This was particularly important during lockdown when customers were unable to visit TWE in person. Average Order Value far surpassed expectations. Despite only selling to the UK, word has spread far and wide with orders received from USA and Spain.
